Why do people hate the Star?

Why do some people hate Jeffree Star? ok so he does dress like a girl and does modelleing, but surley thats not as bad as the things some people do, like rape muder etc.

as far as i can see hes just something thats different from the norm, is interesting and he has some good songs hes also very talented to be able to sing, write music and do a modleling career at the same time, so why do people hate him?

its just something that i cant understand
